Rep. Friess expressed gratitude towards the Red Bud Police Department and Chief John Brittingham for their collaboration in hosting an Rx Drop-Off event on April 27th. The event aimed to assist the community in safely disposing of unneeded medication. The Representative emphasized the importance of the partnership, stating, "I want to thank the Red Bud Police Department and Chief John Brittingham for working with us on the drug take back on April 27th."
Furthermore, Rep. Friess highlighted ongoing opportunities for individuals to responsibly dispose of medications, stating, "As a reminder, you don’t have to wait for a drug take back event! The City of Red Bud has a drop box at City Hall where you can place your unused drugs. In addition, if you have syringes you need to dispose of, you may take those to the Monroe County Health Department."
